Hi, My name is Sarah!
Are you or a child you know struggling with math? Are you looking to challenge yourself? Let me help supplement in class learning with my tutoring service Motivating Mathematics, where learning math can be educational and fun at the same time.
Why I choose to tutor
I am currently a junior in High school and have a genuine passion for math. I love to share my skills in math by making a positive difference with a rewarding job.
I understand that each student is unique and through my support I will build their confidence while doing something I love!
Tutoring reinforces my own skills and techniques as I am exposed to different learning styles.

I have many hobbies and interests!
Besides math I love music! All genres of music. One of my favorite things to do is go to concerts. It is known that performing music reinforces parts of the brain used when doing math. I am a classically trained guitarist and pianist. I have been playing since the age of 4 and I have performed at many recitals, school events and venues. I also play the alto Saxophone and have been part of jazz ensemble, jazz and marching band.
I am also a member of the National Honor Society and was Student Council Vice President. I am co creator and the head of finances of Rumbler Records a company where upcoming Artists and bands perform in Buffalo. This company was developed through the Academy Scholar program.
